Editing in Advanced Mode -- save deleted everything

I was working on a form and everything was going well. I made a change, clicked save, and suddenly the entire form went blank. As if it reset. I copied some other forms, opened them in the edit wizard, and they too go blank when I click save. I've never had this happen in the past and not sure what to do.

Anyone experience this? Any solutions?
