submit problem with form for public users with Joomla 2.5

I have created 3 forms with chronoforms 1.5_V4_RC3.0 and bought the chronoforms 3.1 for Joomla site cookbook where I do not find the solution to my problem (I haven't seen any solution on FAQ or other forum topics) which is the following:

Forms work perfectly for all users except... for public users 😟 i.e. when form is submited it remains on the screen and no action is completed. When I log in to my website as registered or admin, it works perfectly (feed BD and send mail).

Hi Clob,

The V3.2 book is for V3, not for V4.

Do you have the form displayed using a Chronoforms plugin inside an article ? if yest hen do you have the website CACHE turned ON ? if yes then please disable the "Relative URL" setting under the form's general tab.
