Add File Upload toi Custom Form

is it possible to add a file upload to a custom imported form? Looking for something a non-scripter can do, if it exists. :wink:

For example, this custom form asks for a CAD drawing but users have to send via email separately.

In this case it's probably simplest just to add the extra HTML

<input type='file' name='cad_file' id='cad_file' value='' /> 

Then use the name cad_file to configure an Upload Files action.
