Hi,
I have an issue with the load and check security question events with different browsers - I was wondering if anyone has any advice (Chronoforms 4.0 RC3.11).
If I create a "Security Question Input" object, an On Load "Load Security Question" event and an On Submit "Check Security Question" event with session key enabled on both, IE9 works fine, but Firefox fails each time. If I change it so the session key is disabled on both events, then both IE9 and Firefox fail.
Is this a known bug, or am I simply doing something wrong? I have many other forms working fine, with email verifications, etc, but the simple password protected form won't work for me...
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks

I noticed that there was a later version of Chronoforms than what I was using, so have updated it to 4.0 RC3.3. It still has the same issue.
Hi cly,
I just ran a quick test here and it all appears to work OK in FireFox.
Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

Hi cly,
For me it works OK in FireFox, IE and Chrome but fails in Safari and Opera :-(
I can see that the answer is being submitted correctly so perhaps there is a problem with the way the question data is being stored in the User Session. I'll try to find time to dig into the code.

Thanks very much for your help with this! 😀
Hi cly,
I tried this again today and couldn't get it to fail in either Opera or Safari - not sure if that is good or bad.
What I did notice is that it will always fail if you use the browser back button to go back to the form after a failed attempt. The form has to be re-loaded again to refresh the stored security answer.

I do get it failing the first time I use it. Is there anything that I have misconfigured in the form?
