I don't know why the file upload isn't working and isn't getting attached to the email. I get the file name in the body of the email message but not the file attachment itself. How can I fix this? It's very important I get file documents from clients through the form. I followed GreyHead's video but the file isn't being attached.
Solved, I don't know what the problem was but in the advanced wizard mode, I couldn't get the file to attach no matter what. So what I did was I created a new form and I used the Easy Wizard mode, and configured Emails and File Uploads there, making sure the field names matched, and this time the files attached. However, when I try and attach two files at the same time, it doesn't work. Scratch that last statement, I got it to work. I think there is a bug there somewhere. What I had to do was check "no" for enable for the emails, and then saved. Then I went back into emails and checked "Yes" and saved.
