Form email not sending

kieranweston 09 May, 2012
I have just created a Chrono form on my clients site and tested it with my own Gmail address and received the form data without any issue, when I try with their email address I get a mail failure email that goes straight into my spam folder:

Hello,

I think that there is a problem with this address: info@allstarz.com.au

Hi, thanks for replying but there is no problem with that email address. I have tested the form with my Gmail address with no issues. The info@allstarz.com.au address works fine with emails I am sending through my Gmail account. Please is there a fix for this? I have used this component before without issue and have just purchased another 5 domain licence. Can I PM you an admin logon so you can check settings? Thanks

Hello,

It may be a problem with your mail server then, try a different combination of "To" and "From email" addresses, there is nothing I can do at the admin area if the problem is with one of your emails addresses.

You may also try to change the "Mailing method" under the Joomla global configuration.

Hi kieranweston ,

From the Error messafge it loos as though the info@ address hasn't been created. Does the email arrive if you use a valid email address at the client?
