I have a simple form on my site asking for user's name and email. Both fields are required and I am using the chronoforms captcha. I have tested the form and it works properly.

The issue I am having is I keep receiving these submissions:

First & Last Name {input_text_0}
Email {input_text_1}

Submitted by 69.171.229.247

I have read through the forum and found this topic, but never read a solution. Is there a setting I can change to fix this? Has anyone found a solution?

Hi,

Are you sure that your captcha is configured and working fine ? did you try to leave it empty and submit for example ? does it return an error and the email is NOT sent ?

If the captcha is working fine and your actions order is correct (the check captcha is before any other action) then the fields you noted may not exist in the form itself ?

test that and let me know.
