I have a couple of sites using ChronoForms and they have worked well for some years now. I think I should probably be doing some maintenance and updating though, as recently I tried to publish a new form and the whole site (http://stgileshousehotel.com/) went down, with an error relating to the chronocontact plugin - I think I used the wrong version with the component.
How do I tell which version I have, and how do I go about updating it? Do I need some evidence of a purchase (eek it was years ago, like 2008!?) or a serial number?
Help, please...

Hi JimmyHill,
You can find the version from Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components in Joomla! 1.5 or Site Admin | Extensions | Extension Manager | Manage in Joomla! 1.6/1.7/2.5.

Thanks, Bob... I have version 2.5 J1.5 RC2. What should I do next, please?
Hi JimmyHill,
The current version for Joomla! 1.5 is ChronoForms v3.2 which you can download from here
To upgrade from your version first backup all the chronoforms database tables, then uninstall ChronoForms, reinstall the new version. You wil probably then need to click the "Upgrade SQL and Load Demo Form" link in the Forms Manager to update the database tables.
I recommend that you test the upgrade on a test site, debug the forms there then export and re-import them into the live site. The shouldn't be any major problems but you are starting with quite an old version of ChronoForms.
You do need to have the latest versions of the CFv3 plug-in and module if you are using them.

Many thanks, Bob and Good Morning to you...
I'd managed to do what you've suggested with some success: The backups I'd made didn't restore so I'm going through the process of rebuilding my forms. The thing I'm getting stuck on now is enabling the forms, specifically getting the SetUp Emails to play nice... Attached a screenshot of my attempt - what am I missing to make the required set, please?
