Hi everyone i have gone through the many posts about this topic and none of the solutions work for me, hence that why i finally decided to post my problem on here. My form works and sends email fine but for some reason after the user click submit the email is sent but the page now goes to a blank page and I get a 403 error?? I want the page to go to a URL I specify, i tried adding the redirect url under the general tab, it doesn't work, i tried adding the php code under "On Submit code - after sending email:" doesn't work, even if i remove the url in the redirect url option under general tab the page still goes to a blank page that gives a 403 error, i am at lost as to what it is I am doing wrong any sort of help will be greatly appreciated.

What is the URL you are trying to redirect to? This sounds like a problem with server security if you are getting 403 errors.

The url is basically another page on my website, if you want i can pm you the details so you can try the form? but I have pasted the page below that come up

Sorry, still the same answer: "What is the URL you are trying to redirect to? This sounds like a problem with server security if you are getting 403 errors."

If I try from

index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=signup

I still get the 403 error, my suspicion is that the server is blocking the task parameter. Do you see anything in the server logs that helps.

Check with your web-host. See if they can help pin down the problem.

hi i fixed the problem i just turned off the joomla registration plugin and the form now works, thanks a lot

Good, I'm glad to hear that you found a fix. I'm not clear why the Registration plug-in would cause the problem but if the form is working that's good.
