Checkbox Layout

Is it possible to achieve this type of Checkbox layout using Form Wizard or Easy Form Wizard? I would like to have 3 in each row instead of having them all in a single column. I have attached an example photo of what I would like to achieve.

Hi Aqua,

You can only do this by hand-coding the HTML (or copy and paste it) and using a Custom element to include it in your form.
