Hello everyone. I am helping a friend of mine build a class library website for her elementary classroom. I would like to build a form to be placed in every article to allow the students to request to check a particular book out of the library. So far, the best way I can figure to do this is to create an article for every book and load the form into it. Is there a way for her to get an email notifying her that particular book has a check out request? I'm pretty new to Chronoforms and am having trouble figuring out how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi deezgrafix,
First, and completely off topic, I'd suggest that you look at the excellent LibraryThing.com as a site for hosting public or private library lists.
You should be able to grab the page title or the article id and use this to identify which article the form is in and then use the standard ChronoForms Email feature to send an email to the teacher.
