I am stumped. I created a form using the wizard and it works with no problems. I get a thank you message and email as I should. So I created another form, using the wizard and it won't work. When I submit, it returns the page with no Thank You message (or debug for that matter). I have reCaptcha in the form (like I do with the working form) and it doesn't react to a bad entry either. (I have removed the reCaptcha in case that was the problem with no luck.) It's like I hit submit and the form just goes away. No messages, no debugs, no emails. And, like I said, I have a working form out there... just can't get another to work. Any thoughts on where to begin would be grand.
Here's a link to the working form http://e2.ebenezerumc.org/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=FacilitiesUseRequest
And the not-working form: http://e2.ebenezerumc.org/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&chronoform=KidsCareReq
Thanks,
James

Hi jmills6,
The form behaviour looks normal if there is no Thank You message action added.

But there is a Thank You message. I've also tried a debug and I get no results. Shouldn't I get something with a debug?
Hi jmills6,
Yes you should. Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

Hi jmills6,
Hmmm . . . I have dug all through this form and I can't see what stops it displaying any results. Very strange. There are no problems with the input names I can see; the On Submit action is safely saved in the database but it doesn't execute.

Hi jmills6,
Max found the error. You have an input named 'event' and this confuses ChronoForms which also uses 'event'. Please change this to e.g event_name
