Why use multilanguage?

glambrecht 05 Apr, 2012
I mean it's smart it's there.
I've a form with lots of different inputs - in Danish. And want it in English and German as well.
I can take the two plugins - and translate the labels ind them.
But in fact I find it easier to make a form in English and German - and now having 3 forms Kontakt - Contacts - Kontakte I insert them in each article for that language.
Am I missing something by doing so??

Hi glambrecht ,

It really is your choice. I prefer to use the Multi-Language plug-ins as there's about the same amount of work involved up-front (maybe a bit less) but after that there is only one form to maintain. To add or edit a form item I only have to change the one form and then I know that all three languages are still in sync.

Also if you are using forms on their own page or in a module then your approach won't work.
