Emails Not Sending when Chronoforms is Enabled?

Hi,
I am currently having the issue of forms not sending, emails not sending and Virtuemart emails not sending when I have a Chronoform form enabled. However, when I disable, or unpublish the form, I all emails are received again.

The way I have tested this is by:
1. Disabling the form "Contact_Form"
2. Going to the site and submitting a request through any of the product pages
3. When the form is disabled all the form notifications are sent and received. However, when the form is enabled, none of the email sending occurs.

What could be the issue?

I am running the following versions of software:
Chronoforms: 4.0 RC 3.21
Joomla version: 1.5.22
and I also have VirtueMart 1.1.6 stable the website.

Hi seopro2.0,

First, you probably don't want to use an email address as a username here as it is displayed with your posts.

I can think of no reason why having a ChronoForm enabled would affect emails in other unrelated parts of your site.

Where are you using the Contact Form?
