Mails are sendout without input

I have a issue with chronoform 4.0 RC3.11
several times a day i receive blanc mails from chronoform.

for example:

Naam {Naam}
Email Adres {Email}
Onderwerp {Onderwerp}
Bericht: {input_textarea_4}

I have also places the captcha in the form but the mails are still comming.
I reveice almost 20 mails a day now from my website with mails.

Is there a bug in this version or....?
can someone help me with this?

Hi wierrookje,

Is the Captcha working OK? Does it redisplay the form with an error message if the Captcha is incorrect? If not then you may need to drag an Evetn Loop action into the On Fail event.

If this isn't the problem then adding an AutoServerside validation check on one or two required inputs should block these.
