Hello,

I’ve created a submission form on my site. Once a required info is filled out and submitted by sites’ user, it goes into an admin email account.

I’d like to offer the user who is submitting the form an option, where she /he can choose to receive a copy of the submission form to his/her email account.

I'd like to add a check box at the bottom of my submission form, which offers this option if checked off. How do I configure the check box to send out an email to the user if checked off, and not to send out an email if not checked off?

I’m using ChronoForms component and plugin .v4, I’ve embedded my form into and article. And running Joomla 12.5.22 Stable

Hi Kvetka,

The simplest anaswer is to use my custom Email [GH] action which includes a 'Conditional' option -

To make the sending the email conditional on the form data add an input name in curly brackets, a double colon ::, and a value to be matched e.g. {send_email}::1
