After I change/remove/add some fields, and save, when I choose frontend view, it seems ok. But when I try to send, the epost I receive is still containing the old and deleted fields.

The content for some of the fields are only {field name} instead of the text I put in.

Anyone know about this?

It sounds as though you need to update the Email template to include the changes you have made.
