no view my form in joomla 2.5

i've a problem !!! my form is not shown

i create a new form and in the main menu create a new chronoforms display form and the name of my form but not shown.

please can you help me ?

You probably need to drag a Show HTML action into the On Load event of your form. Please see the video 'A First Form' at http://youtube.com/greyheadnet
