2 Questions

Hello again,

1st I would like to congratulate you for this beautiful component. It works perfectly and up to now I have found ways to work with this much better than any other tool.

I have 2 questions,

Question 1
is there any chance to have the ability for the Header element to be able to use JCE editor instead of the basic editor ??

Question 2
When creating a text box to be able to make it a read-only field?
I have a form with 10 text boxes, 3 of them are filled in automatically by a record found in a table and i want these text boxes to be read-only.

Thank you again for your time and component.

Hi Alexander,

I think that the header just uses whichever Editor is set as the default in Joomla!

That said, if I change the default editor then the Header editor is still TinyMCE. I'm not sure what is happening here :-(

There isn't an option to set an input attribute like readonly; I've found two workarounds:

a) Use a Custom Element element and put the <input . . . > tag in that with the extra attribute; or

b) Use a plain Text or Header element to just diaplay the value without the input tag (if it's readonly you don't need it.)
