Hi Guys,
I just migrated a site for my TEST site server: http://www.test-swishimage.au.com/nissan
to LIVE SITE server http://www.bestpricenissan.com.au.
This site is live now so quick assistance would be great if possible.
My issue is that the LIVE SITE is still using the original email responder address I set up in the Email action from the TEST site. This is the action that informs the business of the website enquiry. (There is also a 2nd email action setup to inform the customer that their enquiry has bee received- but this is working and uses the DYNAMIC INFO for the enquiry)
I have placed the 'NEW' Email Address of where the email should now be sent (to the clients email addres) into the LIVE SITE.. but it is not sending anything to that email address... instead I'm still receiving the email, which is the email address I used in the TEST SITE. So it must be still pulling data from the TEST site in someway. I have triple checked this in the BACK END of the NEW LIVE site... to make sure the TEST site's email address has been change to the clients email address... and it has.. and shows up after clearing cache and also logging in and out of the admin !!!
I also tried to save the 'database' from the TEST site and 'restore' this into the LIVE site... but this doesn't fix this. All the other Email Action are working fine... but now I'm very concerned if I ever delete the "TEST site" that the will break... as it doesn't seem to make any difference when I change the email address in the LIVE site.
I used Akeeba to migrate the site... is there something I'm missing?
Hope to this all makes sense !
Cheers,
Syco

Hi syco,
There's nothing in ChronoForms clever enough to remember the old site so it has to be a setting somewhere. The Submit URL looks OK. Do you have any code from included files? Is the Site Configuration Email server set up with the new addresses? Is there a Live Site setting in configuration.php that still points to the old site?

Hi Grey,
Hope you are well... and thanks for the quick response !
I checked everything you mentioned in your reply... and there wasn't any reference to the TEST site's domain in the config.php file... or any where else in the back end for that matter. It seems to be working today... so I am only guessing that maybe on that day when I was updating the details, the Web hosting session must have been logged out with out me know and the changes that I had corrected in regard to the email addresses must not have been updated in some manner.
Anyway the client will be back in his office this afternoon just to triple check it's all working fine.
Once again thanks for the quick reply.. Much appreciated.!
