Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here. Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you may need to switch to the Advanced Wizard to do this; if you want to continue to use the Easy Wizard please make a copy of your form first and add the Debugger action to the copy.

Yes me too. They may be going into a spam folder but I'd expect the fiskdesign one to be delivered OK. The Joomla! Email Succeeded message isn't 100% reliable but here it looks as though the ChronoForms part is OK.
You might run a test with just that address so that the To and From Emails are different.

Dear Bob,
It was a server configuration issue. Now resolved. The forms work great. I had a different question.
I run 4.0 RC1.9 and the plugin V4 RC1.8.
Do I simply follow these steps to upgrade plugin and component to version:
V4_RC3.11_J1.6 and J1.6_V4_RC3.0?
Back-up forms
Make site back-up
Install upgrades from Manage Extensions panel.
There is no need to uninstall first? Correct?
