event loop can't show event in Target Event. Refresh Events List doesn't work

It is a bug - see the current bug list. Max is working on a fix for a new release soon - hopefully today.

No official release, I've just checked. Max has had a new release 'hopeully in a day or two; for a couple of weeks now. I've seen it running on another user's site so you can contaact him for a pre-release version if you need it.
