Insert Data in multiple tables

Hi everbody!
I use Chronoforms 4
how can I insert data in two different tables with a single submit.
With two actions DBSave doesn't work good...

Hi,

What doesn't work good exactly ? the 2 DB Save actions should create 2 records in 2 tables if they are connected to 2 different tables.
