Hello, I want to validate my install but want to know before I do if this tool can do the following:

I need a form that ask how many people are living in a house, if the answer is 3 for example, forms will show 3 fields in order to fill the information for 3 people.

can I do that?

Yes, but it takes a bit of work to set the form up to do that.
