How to validate a text to be an URL ending in ".zip"

I have bought the custom validation tutorial, but it doesn't help me and seems to be for an older version of chronoforms.

I have a text box.
The text being entered has to be validated to be (AND):
1: An URL
2: ending in either .zip or .mp3

I have no idea how to achive that.
Any help is appreciated.
