I must be doing something wrong

Valuesize 11 Mar, 2008
I believe I have installed everything correctly. No errors were given and I can get forms up and viewable but I cannot get them to email or store to the database.

Here is what I do:
1. Create the form HTML and then add it to a new chronoform
2. Fill in all the email information on the first tab
3. Tell it to create a table in the DB

Then I go to view my lovely form and it looks great but nothing happens when I submit it. Even with the auto-generated code do I have to do something extra?

I have cleared all of my test fields out and have a blank canvas if one of the admins will take a look (I searched as many database questions in this forum and didn't come across a solution to my problem but saw that the admins were good about logging in and checking on things.)

I'm running the latest RC2.1 on a legacy enabled Joomla 1.5

Thanks for your time!

Hi Valuesize,

All that sounds OK. Please post a link to the form I can look at and take a backup copy and post it here or send it to me at the address in my sig and I'll take a look.

If I can't see anything there, then I'll ask you to late me have admin access.

Much praise to greyhead! I emailed him a backup of my form and a test form link I had published and he caught the problem in no time. I had chopped all the PHP from my form and some innocent (yet required) items in my submit button also faced the delete button.

Thanks again for the extra pair of eyes, everything works wonderful now.
