I have built a form for a client. It's mostly there, but there are some things that I could really use help to make sure it works right.
I have a drop down for the reason for the email. I need the contact info to be routed to the a different email per "reason".
My client has an email marketing program. I have that signup set on a different page (using Jumi). But in the contact form they want an opt in to the newsletter. I have no idea how to add that.
other than that, maybe just look over the contact form to make sure it works right. I have 2 areas that show up if you select it.
if you select US or Canada the zip code/state or the Postal code/Province shows up.
and in the Reason I have under complaint a box shows up.
