You have your </form> tag after the first input box (Name).

Hi,

You have a duplicated </select> tag but that shouldn't cause a problem. More seriously there are no attributes in the <form> tag so there's nothing for the form to do. It should look something like this from the Contact page here

action="index.php?option=com_chronocontact&task=send&chronoformname=contactreal" >

Or, if you are using this code pasted into ChronoContact then you should not have the <form> or </form> tags in there as ChronoContact adds them again and you end up with nested <form> tags.

Thank you. I fixed removed the form tags since the code is pasted into chronoforms. I also removed the </select> tag and STILL NOT working.

Still works fine in Firefox and Opera though...

i removed all form tags.

Now it "clicks" on submit in Internet Explorer, but it just returns to the page without sending information. Firefox and Opera work fine.
