Posting in the forums

Hi All,

We try hard to help everyone who posts in the forums here and there are a few things that you can do to help make out life easier. That way Max can spend more time developing the ChronoEngines products for you.
• Please have a look at the FAQs here before you post (click the FAQ tab above). Many of the common questions are answered there.
  • Please do at least a quick search of the forums for key words in your query. You may not find what you want but there is a lot of information there.
  • Choose the right forum to post in. 'Questions and answers' is the best for general questions; 'How to' is the place if you want to do something different with ChronoForms; please keep 'Bugs' for demonstrable and repeatable problems with ChronoForms that may require changes of the ChronoForms code to fix. That way you'll get the right attention more quickly. Though we do read all the posts.
  • If you have a problem with a particular form please let us see the code - the best way is to take a backup and attach it to you post - that way we can easily see all of the settings. Also it helps to see an image of the problem - or to be able to go to the web-page on-line.
  • Please tell us which version of Joomla and ChronoForms (see the name of the installation zip file) you are using as that may well make a difference.
  •
Thanks

    Max & Bob

PS Please remember that ChronoForms is a 'Form Manager', not a form creator, you will need to create and debug your own html, css and maybe php. We can give some general help with that as long as it is likely to be helpful to other users but we can't do specific coding for you in the forums. If you need a page built or some custom coding please post in the Professional Paid Services forum or, if you like, contact one of us directly.<br><br>Post edited by: GreyHead, at: 2007/11/29 15:16
