On the "Show Data" page, the only button available is "Cancel." I see no option to export. Am I missing something? Do I need to upgrade? Thanks!

Cannot see option to export records to Excel
Hi noavail,
You 'should' see three buttons in the Stored Data Manager - see the image below?
Which version fo ChronoForms are you using?

That's what I figured, but I only see the cancel button. How can I tell what version I'm using? (I'm not at my home computer where the installation files are.)
Hi noavail,
There's no easy way of telling exactly which version you have without the install file - the zip is accurately named.
If you have the 'Enable Mambots?' entry at the Form Manager | General tab that was added after 2.3.1 so you most likely have the latest release.

Hmm, I may not have the most recent version then. See screenshot. Is there a tutorial on upgrading? I'm concerned about losing my settings and data.
Hi noavail,
I can confirm that's not the latest version - which has 'Data' in the right hand column in place of 'Published'.
You can upgrade by FTPing the new files to overwrite the current ones unless there has been a change in the database structure (and the last one of those was several versions ago so you are OK).
The only problem with this is to get the files in the correct folders but that's easy enough if you are systematic. I usually create an update package (just the install package with the files in the correct folders). I haven't done this so far for the latest release but I'll try and get it done this evening or tomorrow morning.
