I've been trying to send a new form to myself as a test without success. I'm using J1.5.23, Chronoforms v4, hosted by Siteground.
I have no problem sending forms from other accounts using v3.2, J1.5.23 , all using hosting by Siteground.
At the beginning of debugger it says "could not instantiate mail function."
At end it says: "An email has been SENT successfully from (wilkin)jwilkin@nvcc.edu to jon"
This didn't happen, nor did it go to my gmail.com account.

If you pasted this accurately then there is no To Email address set??

"An email has been SENT successfully from (wilkin)jwilkin@xxxx.edu to jon"

But in that case I'm a bit surprised by the Success message.
