The chronoform in the site was well for long time, but now the customer does not come more emails from her contact form. In reviewing, I realized that was disabled and choronoforms look at the Email Settings table saw that was red (not enabled) and not green. The form do not let me change anything. I could only delete the fields "to", "subject", "FromName" and "from email" from "Set up emails", but after deleting them, i can´t enter them again, really I can not do anything. The chronoforms version is 3 and joomla is 1.5.23. Maybe would be better to change the chronoforms version to 4?

I can´t drag in Choose Email Settings
Hi gabrielacordero,
If the drag a drop isn't working then you probably have the MooTools Upgrade Plugin enabled. This is an optional plug-in that enables the MooTools 1.2 library on your site.
ChronoForms v3 (and many other Joomla! extensions) use the MooTools 1.1.2 library that is installed by default. The ChronoForms Wizard, and other back-end code will not run with the plugin enabled.
If you disable the plug-in then ChronoForms v3 should run correctly.
Note ChronoForms v4 requires MooTools 1.2 and needs the plug-in enabled.

Thanks you very much...!
I do not know how he could have been misconfigured. It was the mootool plugin.
Anyway, the form is still disabled, I can not put it enabled. The email fields are correct and all enabled.
The form says that have 1 disabled and 0 enabled. If it have 1 disabled is that exist a configuration error, or not? where I could check?

Maybe this would be another post, but really is a continuation of the previous problem.
In 'General' I have set 'Email the results' to 'Yes" and in 'Setup Emails', in Email properties on the right I set 'Enabled' to 'Yes' as well. I have the same Email information in "Setup Emails" and in step 2 > "Choose Email settings", and also the "To" field is not the same email information of "FromEmail" field...
I don´t know why I have 1 disabled and 0 enabled. Please give me an idea.

Hi gabrielacordero,
Please check the following (I can see you have already done some of them):
a) That 'Send Emails' is set to 'Yes' on the Form General tab
b) That you have a valid Email Setup - if the box is green it's valid, red is invalid (see d below)
c) That you have set 'Enabled' to 'Yes' in the Email Setup Properties box
d) A valid Email Setup requires To, Subject, From Name and From Email elements (or the Dynamic equivalents) in the *same* setup box.
e) The element boxes must contain strings for the static elements or valid input names from the form for the Dynamic elements.
f) The To and From Email boxes must contain valid email addresses
g) The From Email address should match the Domain name.
h) The To email address should not be the same as the From Email address.

I went through point by point, everything you say. Was all right.
As a last point I started to change "To" and "FromEmail" emails addresses changing the mail of "To" to another (mine, of gmail, as evidence), and suddenly the form was enabled.
The client has two emails, both valid. The mail adress of "FromEmail" should be the same email configured in the joomla site, and it was right, but I exchange the mail "To" and the mail of "FromEmail". This test is opposite to "g) The From Email address should match the Domain name.", because in "FromEmail" the email now is not the same email of joomla site, and the form is working well..!.Thank for all!!!
