Saving multiple forms and accessing these from front end

Laus 02 Nov, 2011
I have set up a series of forms using J!1.5.23 / CF3.5 and ChronoConnectivity which allows teachers to submit reports on their trainees.

However, being teachers, they are finding it difficult to fill the whole form in at one sitting and want to be able to save the partially finished forms to finish later.

Reading the Cook Book I see there is a way of returning to saved information and editing this at a later date, but some of these teachers have multiple trainees so I need to be able to give them a way of viewing all of the records that they have submitted (and nobody else) AND lettin them save unfinished forms.

HELP!

Suggestions welcomed as to how I do this and where there may be examples? TIA!

Hi Laus,

I'd use ChronoConnectivity to show a list to the teacher of their results. You Can use filters in the WHERE box to show them just their own forms and only incomplete forms (you'd need to work out how to define 'incomplete' though).
