Forms quit sending after site move..quick question

My client changed there url so we moved the site to the new url and everything works except the chronoforms no longer email out like they did. Is there a config file that needs a path change or somewhere else?

Any feedback would be helpful.

Hi jholstein,

Three things to check after a domain change.

  • In the Site | Global Configuration check that the Mail Server settings are correct

  • Use the Mail a Friend link on an article page to check that the site sends emails correctly

  • Check that the From Email addresses in any emails you have set up in ChronoForms match the new domain name.
