Getting no info in email (V4.0)

I've been testing my new form (Chronoforms V4.0/Joomla 1.6.3), and when I hit Submit I go to my email client to retrieve the email and all it has in it is this:

You may customize this message under the "Template" tab in the Email settings box.

Where's the info from the fields the user put in it?

Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Len,

There is no automatic template in CFv4 RC1.9 (it's coming in RC2.0 I think). So you have to open the Email configuration and create your own using {input_name] to enter values from the form inputs.

And what a complete pita it is when you have long forms to deal with, why remove such a useful feature?
