confirmation page with paypal button

Hi,

I just purchased chronoforms and I am needing to add a confirmation page to my form. I have had issues with making this look like I want it to. The URL of the site is http://174.120.117.190/~aafcredi/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=81&Itemid=50. If you fill out the form you will see that it displays the confirmation info in an area below the form.

What I want is for the form to open up in an different page after the customer clicks "submit" and for the user to see their information to confirm. Then, after confirming their info, there will be a paypal button on the confirmation page for them to click. After clicking on this, I want it to move to paypals site for the customer to make a payment there.

I am willing to pay $50.00 for you to log into my site and configure this for me. Then I would need instruction on where to paste the paypal button. I appreciate your help and I need to get this done asap.

The link shows a page with the 'There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management.' message.
