Problems with emailing result

Hello. I can't seem to get the email portion for my chronoforms install working correctly. On debug mode I get
    Form passed first SPAM check OK
    Form passed the submissions limit (if enabled) OK
    Form passed the Image verification (if enabled) OK
    Form passed the server side validation (if enabled) OK

    $_FILES Array: Array ( )
    Form passed the plugins step (if enabled) OK
    An email has been SENT successfully from (Be Complete Website)info@becompleteamerica.com to ryan@hdwebpros.com
    Debug End

But nothing shows in my email. My email works and I just tested it.

I have them both pointing to my email for testing. I can pm super admin


ps: I did enable all email properties and set that setting to yes. They both have enabled (1) checkmarks

Haha. They just arrived. Over 20 minutes old. Any reason why that could be?

Your ISP has a mail backlog?? - not too unusual.
