anti-spam feature not showing

i'm using version 3 and had created a few forms before. now that i realized we are receiving a lot of spams from the online enquiry form created using chronoforms, i tried to enable the anti-spam feature and saved the form. however, the Captcha/Image verification field is not shown. could anyone tell me what i have missed?
