Hi Guys,

So I created this form using ChronoForms, works fine and all, but when using FireFox after the form has been submitted I get this here error: "There is no form with this name or may be the form is unpublished, Please check the form and the url and the form management"

The form works fine with IE and Chrome, but FireFox not so much.

So it doesn't always give the aforementioned error. And occasionally it also gives the error in Chrome. And when it gives the error, and you go back and re-enter the exact same data it doesn't give the error the second time.

Almost seems like it gives the error-message at random. Not at all "logical".

Just ran a couple of tests in FireFox and it submits OK. There is nothing about ChronoForms that would behave differently between submissions or browsers. Hard to tell whan is happening :-(

Please copy and paste her the URL that you see when the submission fails and we'll see if that gives any clues.

Well, the one that fails doesn't have a form name in the url so the message is correct. The question is Why?

Do you have any kind of ReDirect URL set up?

Hey Bob,

no re-direct URL. When I do set up a re-direct, instead of giving the error I mentioned in my initial post, it gives the error that "You do not have access to this URL".

What's so strange is that one moment the form doesn't seem to be there (or is supposedly unpublished), and the next it's right there.

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.

The form looks Ok to me :-(

Please try setting 'Check Token' to Off on the Form General Tab and see if that works beter.

PS I strongly recommend that you do *not* use the Dynamic From Email element in your Email Setups. Using this often results in your emails being marked as spam and dropped into a spam filter. Instead use the static From Email with an address that matches the site domain name and use Dynamic ReplyTo Email for the user email. The result is the same but with a much better chance of good delivery.
