How can i get some "form parts" from my Form to my article.

For example there is a Texfield in my form1

I want to write something in my article and in some parts of article i want to use some datas from my Form


For example datas in my form1

Texfield1 = John
Texfield2 = Mary

I am writing an article;

I go to swim last summer with {Form=form1; Texfield1} and he said me he loves {Form=form1; Texfield2}

When i write it; it will automaticly publish (change) my article to;

I go to swim last summer with John and he said me he loves Mary


is it possible? And how can i make it?
