Open Redirect Page in a Modal / Lightbox

Hi,

I created a small Form with only 3 entries (Name, Date and Persons). These Form Inputs do get send to an external Application through with the Method "Get".
Now I want the Redirect Page to open in an Iframe Modal Popup, how could I solve this?

Example Redirect Page: http://external.domain.com/index.php?dbid:0038&name=mario&persons=2&date=12062011

I think that you have to do this by inserting a JavaScript snippet into the 'Thank You' page and have that open the modal window.

but honestly I have no Idea what JanSCript Snippet is all about. Google didn't come up with anything usefull. Is Jan a Forum User?
