Hi there...

I seem to be having a hard time with a very simple form here...
On the front end everything is working fine, captcha, redirect, etc... but the email sent to the client (and myself for testing purposes) comes back empty (without any of the field info)... what am I missing?

Thanks so much, this is fairly urgent as the site is live as of this morning.

Nevermind.. got it! Template setup - duh.
