Hi cahedan,
There is no problem, apart from the message displaying.
The version of ChronoForms that you have is fully functioning and free.
If you wish you can pay a small subscription for a version that does not show a strap-line under your forms. The paid version also shows a different message in the Admin area but is otherwise identical.

Thanks Bob,
Now I get confuse, what steps I have to do to create birthday form, such as month, day, and year display inline/horizontal? or would you provide me some tutorials references (book or video)?

Hi cahedan,
You can use a datepicker in either version of ChronoForms. Just add it form the Form Wizard.
In CFv3.2 there is a 'multi-holder' element that you can use to put three drop-downs in the same row.
In CFv4 there is no multi-holder' element yet so you'd need to edit the Form HTML by hand.
