New version problem with checkbox fields

I just upgraded to the most recent version of the component. I am still having problems with the checkbox fields. It does not retain the labels that I assign to each checkbox it keeps reverting back to on which is the sample label provided.

How can this be fixed?

I'm not sure, I haven't seen that problem before.

Are you clicking on Apply in the modal window; and then Apply or Save again in the Toolbar?
