please help with form validation

emailmyform 02 May, 2011
So I get the following two errors for my contact form. They are:

1. Error Line 177, Column 281: document type does not allow element "form" here; missing one of "object", "applet", "map", "iframe", "ins", "del" start-tag

…n=com_chronocontact&task=send&chronoformname=EmailForm&Itemid=57" >

The mentioned element is not allowed to appear in the context in which you've placed it; the other mentioned elements are the only ones that are both allowed there and can contain the element mentioned. This might mean that you need a containing element, or possibly that you've forgotten to close a previous element.

One possible cause for this message is that you have attempted to put a block-level element (such as "<p>" or "<table>") inside an inline element (such as "<a>", "<span>", or "<font>").

2. Error Line 224, Column 24: document type does not allow element "div" here; missing one of "object", "applet", "map", "iframe", "button", "ins", "del" start-tag

<div class="chronoform">

Hi emailmyform,

Where do you see these errors? I don't see them in FireFox or IE?

It looks as though it may occur because you have the form inside <p> tags but I don't see any in the page HTML.
