Red bar error message when sending email

Hey guys, please help. I inserted my emailform in to the an article on the fron page, and it turns up fine, but when I try to send an email the page simply refreshes and a red bar shows up with a number one in it. You can see my site here, and try for your self. http://spanishtranslator.ws
Please let me know how I can fix this.

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.

Hey Bob thanks for reply but not luck-probably because I'm a newb. (I uploaded the new .php via ftp, but nada..)

Any chance you have a link to a tutorial that explains what settings to change in the global configurations in joomla to set up email, as well as those in chronoforms I'd greatly appretiate it.

Not sure what happens with the updated file - I'm pretty certain that it is the right fix if you upload it to the correct folder.
