Changing language on File add Button

I would like to use something else than english button text [Choose file] No file chosen

Does this depend on the OS language of the Computer I am using?

Hi finc,

I think this is set by the browser. It's not simple to change the layout of the file box but there are various JavaScript or CSS options if you Google around.
