Sorry about the question but how I find wich version of chronoforms is installed? I have 2 menu Cronoforms menu one of them with 4 options (first option is Forms Manager) and other menu Chrono forms with 7 options (first option is Forms Management).

The one with 4 menu options is ChronoForms v4 (which requires the MooTools Upgrade plug-in enabled); the one with 7 menu options is ChronoForms v3 (which requires the MooTools Upgrade plug-in disabled).
You can check the exact versions in Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components
