How can a form be seen on the frontend?

I am now working for hours and failed a 100 times in getting the form connected to whatever.
I am not able to show the audiance the form. Why? How?
The tutorials are useless regarding this. Here is nothing to read about how to connect the form to content. In FAQ was found:

{chronocontact}TestForm2{/chronocontact}

which doesn't function eather. Im am running Joomla 1.6.
Please: How can I make a form sightable in the frontend?

Hi,

Please install the latest version RC1.8 (just released), just install it OVER the one you have and it should update the files, uninstalling will delete all your data so don't do this.

Then you can create a menu item of type Chronoforms or you may install the plugin to use it inside content
