Undefined error on Submit

I am getting an undefined error when I submit my form. It just presents the red background with a "1." in it.

I turned error reporting to Maxium and it returned the following error:

How do I find out what the undefined error is, as well as the others?

Is this the latest ChronoForms version 3.2?

If so there's a bug in the File upload code. Please see this post.

Thanks! That got rid of the error, but it doesn't save anything to the database. I'll enter a seperate post for that. Thanks for your assistance!!
